CLAYAN — Explore, gather, build and survive in a world made of clay

Explore a charming world that looks hand-modelled from clay, gather and craft, build your own cabin, cook over a campfire, fish, farm, row a boat, and take on the wilderness with friends.

Features

• Generated worlds: hills, forests, rivers and lakes, coasts, snowy highlands, caves and ore veins.
• Gather & craft: chop, mine, smelt, and make tools and weapons from better and better materials.
• Free-form building: walls, floors, stairs, ladders, doors, windows, furniture, campfires, beds and chests. Build snowmen in the snow.
• Survival & cooking: hunger, thirst, body temperature and weather matter; grill food, cook soups, fish, pick fruit, plant crops and catch animals.
• Day, night & weather: sunrise, sunset, rain and snow, with background music that follows time and weather.
• Co-op: play together over LAN or by typing the host's IP address (online Steam multiplayer is planned for the Steam release).
• 12 interface languages.

Early Access

CLAYAN is in Early Access and still in active development. Expect bugs; content and save formats may change. Please report problems in the comments below.

💡 Early Access price: $8 is a special price for Early Access. The price may go up as content grows toward the full release. Everyone who buys now gets all updates during Early Access at no extra cost.

System requirements

Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit. Graphics and performance options are in the settings if your PC is older.

License

Buying or downloading the game gives you a personal, non-commercial licence. Please do not share, upload or redistribute the game files, and do not decompile or extract its code or assets; friends who want to play need their own copy. You are welcome to record and stream gameplay. Full terms are in EULA.txt inside the download.
